What is this? Lump?

Hello, I am a 10 year Breast Cancer survivor. I had a Left Breast Lump. And, All that is taken care of and good. However, I do have a large Oil Cyst in my Right Breast, which is Benign. Now, just recently, I had a little pain on the right side of my Right Foot under the Ankle area. Now there is a soft like Lump there about quarter size. And, my Right Ankle is a little puffy as well. It does hurt a bit. I am a little concerned about this. Could it be a Cyst?

    BC mets below the knee are very uncommon. Could be a ganglion cyst - which is a fluid filled benign cyst. Show it to your primary next time you are there,
