Aromasin and shortness of breath

I have been on aromasin for about 9 months now. Some stiffness and joint pain but nothing debilitating. However, in the past month, I have noticed that I seem to have slight shortness of breath. I had a CT scan of my chest in November ( for a coughing spell ) which came back clear and the cough abated, figured it was allergies. I had another more detailed CT of the chest and abdomen in late December because of upper abdominal pains. Also came back clear ( had a kidney infection). My mind, of course, am going to dark places but do not know what this can be. I still run for half hour four times a week and my breathing does seem better when I am sleeping. Don't know if it is anxiety since work has been stressful and my father in law is having serious health issues. Has anyone had similar experiences?

I have been taking Aromasin for 15 months and the joint pain is debilitating. I also have shortness of breath. My oncologist agreed to change me to Tamoxifen which I start in a few days. I also have terrible trouble falling asleep and then can't get up for work in the morning! My PCP wants me to have pulmonary tests and a stress test. I have had several chest x-rays and they were normal. Wish I knew for sure if the Aromasin is causing the shortness of breath.
