had mamo and US. now being sent for a galactogram

This is my first post here so I hope I am doing it right. I am 29 years old and a month ago i noticed pretty bad nipple inversion on one breast and swollen lymph nodes on that side in neck and above collar bone. There was a little white sticky discharge but it was not spotaneous and i had to squeeze pretty hard for it to come out. I did not feel any lumps but decided to make an appointment anyway. I had my tubes tied last April so I knew I was not pregnant. At my appointment, the dr said she felt something behind the inverted nipple so sent me for a diagnostic ultrasound. after the technician got the ultrasound images she had me wait in my robe while she took them to radiologist. she came back and they sent me straight to ultrasound. after ultrasound she told me they didnt see anything concerning but would send results to my dr. this was last friday afternoon and i felt so muvh better and very relieved. my dr called monday and said my mamo and ultrasound seemed normal but she was sending me for a galactogram. i am now waiting for the hospital to call me with my appointment time and am back to worrying. if everythong looked good, why the further testing? the past couple of days i have also started to develop pain all along the outside of my breast and armpit area. any advice or input would be greatly appreciated!!
