Necrosis after Diep

Hi

I'm curious about other's experience with necrosis after diep reconstruction. I had bilateral diep and have two spots of fat necrosis, one on each breast. Plan is to have lipo to hopefully break it up at stage 2.

For those that dealt with it:

how did your surgeon deal with it. did lipo help? did it ultimately go away? how long did it take until it went away?
