Awaiting biopsy

I am 41 yrs old. I completed my hysterectomy 2 years ago and have been on an estrogen patch ever since. Last week I found and lump in my right breast and my left breast is swollen and painful. I had a mammogram last May because I had breast pain but they found nothing. Almost 10 months later I now have a lump in my right breast. I've had a mammogram and ultrasound and the result was a mass which is not a cyst with calcification. The radiologist just received my previously mammogram as he wanted to see it as a comparison and I a mammogram awaiting to hear what's they decide the next step should be. I'm really scare
