Metastatic Triple Negartive

I am caring for a friend that had been battling for a year now. She started with inflammatory breast cancer. Each time we do chemo and scans the cancer has spread to somewhere else. Currently she has done A/C, Double Mastectomy, Taxol, Gemzar, Carbo, and a recent bone surgery to remove cancer and replace with a pin and cement. She has been off chemo for over a month now and we are already seeing signs of growth. Currently it has spread to Adrenal glands, Lymph nodes, Bones, Belly, and Lungs but she has a new lump on her head. I want to know if anyone has tried a successful drug or treatment for something this aggressive

    My mom has her 3rd recurrence of triple negative; a lumpectomy after the first, a mastectomy after the 2nd and now the options are to control the growth. Have you learned anything about aggressive treatments that are successful?
