Pain in the reconstructed breast a year after diep flap

Hi,

Two years ago I had a mastectomy in my right breast, chemotherapy and tamoxifen. In February 2016 I had a diep flap surgery then in October 2016 I had nipple reconstruction and repair hernia that developed after diep flap. I had pain in several place especially my right scapula and doing physical therapy but also I have pain in my reconstructed breast which I sstrange because no nervs there is it normal?
