Numbness and tingling

hello ladies,
I'm 3 weeks post unilateral mastectomy on my left breast and just out of nowhere, I have numbness and tingling in my right hand (opposite side) and forehead. Sometimes my lips even feel numb. Do you think this is related or unrelated and has anyone else has this after surgery or BC diagnosis? It's weird and concerning to me Thanks!
