multiple flap surgeries at once?

hi- has anyone had multiple flap surgeries at once? only half of my abdomen has good vascularity due to appendectomy scarring and i'm considering diep and tug to reconstruct my breasts. wondering if anyone has any experience with this and if it is horrible or do-able.
