bone scan changes

anyone else ever get a change in their bone scan from one 3 months to the next? my last two had my cancer improving in the base of my spine, and number 5 rib. the last one shows no Improvement in my base of spine or rib 8, also nochange in my jawbone. what happened to rib 5? now rib 8 and jawbone???????

cliff - you might want to post in the Stage IV forums where the folks are more familiar with this. In fact, I think there is a Bone Mets thread.

I wouldn't worry too much, bones scans are perfect. If its minor then don't sweat it. I have had a lot of false positives with bone scans.

Last time at the radiologist, I asked for a copy of the scan. came on a dvd, none of The three show rib 8 or my jaw.
