Lower abdominal pain

To be sure I fret a lot, so that is my disclaimer :-) Also I was blown off by my PCP for months before I was diagnosed with TNBC. It was an experience that has left me strangely reluctant to complain to my doctors unless I am certain that something is so obviously wrong it will show up on a test/scan because I am fearful of being labeled a hypochondriac (because this is basically what I was told by former PCP) by the doctors I do have now that I do trust. So anyway, Friday morning I had mild pelvic discomfort. I also had a BM thst was looser than normal (sorry). It felt like left ovary ovulation pain except I've not had a period since starting chemo almost 2 years ago. I took ibuprofen and went to work. Later I developed the pain again but it was mild and I ate dinner. By bedtime I was in agony with lower pelvic and lower back pain and all this radiating to my legs. I took an oxycodone left over from my BMX. That did not help and I was at the point that if it got worse I was considering the ER. No fever btw and no nausea. My husband gave me Motrin this helped and I feel asleep. I felt rundown all day yesterday and strangely constipated. I took stool softeners and had a BM. I could not really eat until late last night. Today pelvic area is not reallypainful but very tender. Ugh! Have any of you experienced this? I will see how today goes. I took Motrin but I'm still in bed. Just feeling bla. Hoping the Motrin will make me feel better because I have so much I need to accomplish today. Thanks for any advice you may have.
