Hi. What is the recovery like for bilateral dog ear revision? Did you require a drain or a lot of recovery time?

Mine didn't require a drain and I was back to normal activity the next day (save for a restriction of no heavy lifting for a few weeks).

Dog ear revision doesn't normally require drains, but you will have stitches and possibly steri-strips or surgical glue on the site. My stitches were internal and dissolvable so there were no stitches to remove either.

That is what I was hoping to hear. I'm trying to lose my extra weight and get my Lymphedema under control before surgery so I'm not ready quite yet, but was curious about what to expect.
