    hi, I would like to hear the latest on Soy Protein and breast cancer reaccurance. There seems to be quite a bit of debate about soy and woman who have estrogen positive b/c. I have heard there are studies on this and wondering if results are back. There are many diets out there that are soy based and it appears many incologists differ on the use of soyby b/c survivors

    How to handle mental health issues when there are no mental health professionals in the area. Or what to do when the available mental health people seem set to just advise "Take these pills and have a good attitudle"

    I would like to hear about the debate around performing LX, UMX, and BMX in Stage IV patients.  To remove, or not to remove.  That is the question, and the oncology community does not always agree.  Is there any recent research on the topic?
