PMS like cramping on Lupron, help!

Now I am at the end of first 3 month lupron cycle (will get next lupron this Friday), since 4 days ago I started having PMS like cramping but no period yet. I am also on neoajuvant chemo I have finished 12 Taxols and 1st A/C.
I am so scared because feels like the cramping is getting stronger. It feels better when I change position. Anyone has similar experience?
