PAP Flap Reconstruction

I am finally scheduled to reconstruct my flat, failed radiated left side and prophylactic implant on my right with a Bilateral PAP flap. I had two failed Tissue Expanders on my radiated side and an uncomfortable, unattractive round implant on my prophylactic side. I am physically active & slim but carry my weight in my hips and thighs. Wondering if anyone wanted to share if they had PAP or GAP surgery.
