What are the odds? Fibrocystic

I recently had an ultrasound for complaints of breast changes (in Canada) I received no call back so I picked up the results and the conclusion was (with no explanation from my doc),

"No focal solid or Cystic Lesions are seen at either breast. There is evidence of Bilateral Fibrocystic Disease"

I am just curious what the evidence of fibrocystic disease would look like if not like cysts? I am 23 years old, have paternal history of breast cancer and have convinced myself that this diagnosis makes no sense. Please help me understand what this is, as Google has been misleading for weeks!
