Almost 3 years out....

I have a blister that is just below my arm pit on the side I had rads on. This blister came out of nowhere, it's not rubbing bra elastic or anything like that. It's just a strange place for a blister to form being I was zapped with radiation in the same area. It's been there about 3 months and I finally popped it....came right back.
Has anyone had anything like this happen this far out?
