How soon did your rippling occur?

I had pre pectoral direct to implant placement 2 wks after nipple and skin sparing BMX.

I have had rippling of the left side pretty much from the time I removed the initial surgical bra. It is very noticible when I lean forward or move certain ways. No rippling on the right side. I did have rads on the left side 10 yrs ago so I feel like it is due to that. Both sides are still mildly swollen and tight. Prob 2/3 of the left nipple has necrosis.

My implants are Natrelle Inspira smooth rounds 385cc.

Anyone else with rippling from the get go ?

Hi there! I have had some slight rippling from the get go, but I was warned ahead of time about it, and we're doing some mild fat grafting after my chemo is done. Overall I'm quite pleased so far, but I just got my girls in December, LOL, so they're pretty new. 😄 Wishing you all the best with everything!!! Saw the PS today and she went on and removed my poor dead left nipple. My skin on that side has some pink/purple discoloration in areas so she worries about some already poor circulation related to the previous rads . She also thinks that the tight skin on this side is causing the rippling. Thinks also that she may not be able to place a larger implant later on. She will attempt some fat grafting in a few months which may help add some fullness. Kinda disappointed. Preteen boobies and one nipple- but I know it could be far worse.
