anyone know what to do about an old adhesion?

so I have an adhesion underneath my drain scar. unfortunately, my surgeons re-used the same scar for my drain tube at each of my surgeries (to keep the total number of scars down since I through keloid scars). That resulted in a nice tight adhesion beneath the scar that gives me a small dog ear in between my reconstructed breast and armpit. It isn't the worst thing in the world, but does keep me from wearing tops/dresses/bathing suits that are cut down under the arm. Anyone know what to do for an OLD adhesion? Is this something I can do myself, or do I need to go in and have someone else deal with it?
