Replacing implant after radiation for achieve symmetry anyone?

Just wondering if anyone has had a bigger implant put in after radiation? I had existing implants prior to dx. I would like to achieve some symmetry without going smaller. My skin has healed well but I'm hating the way I look...especially in a bathing suit
