    I read this couple of years ago. I discussed it w/my MO & she agreed to go every 3 months. I started it in May 2013. I am concerned about the SE of jaw necrosis & femur Fx's. I get pain in my jaw bones, esp'ly after getting the Zometta. It will be interesting to see if long term use increases the odds of experiencing these SE .

    YES!!! be very concerned. I have severe Osteomyeliitis of the jaw after being on Zometa for 5 years. Loss teeth on the whole bottom right side. I have to eventually have reconstruction.
