Just home after DIEP

I just got home after a bilateral mastectomy with DIEP reconstruction. My stomach is extremely tight and hard. I can barely eat a few bites and it looks bloated. Is this normal? Can anyone share their first few weeks of recovery after DIEP flap reconstruction
