Nighttime compression for lymphedema

I am 4 months out of treatment for estrogen positive breast cancer. Bilateral mastectomy, chemotherapy,and radiation. Lymphodema has started in my arm, hand and trunk. I am using a sleeve and a glove. I hear there are night time compression garments. What do people use? Also. Are any folks using a pump? What kind? Does it help? Thanks
