TE/Implant exchange plus fat grafting from abdomen

At the end of this month I will be having my TE/Implant exchange and fat grafting surgery. I am very nervous. The PS told me 4-6 weeks off work. Is that normal? With fat grafting from my tummy will I see a flatter stomach?
