Having pain and severe itching at Mastectomy scar site

Hello,

I was treated in 2009 for HER2 positive IDC. Mastectomy and 3 or so nodes removed. Chemo, herceptin, Tamoxifen and Femara, Diep flap.

I asked doc about other meds besides femara due to musculoskeletal pain, doc switched me to Aromasin. I had to stop it day 2 due to severe itching at the scar site. Has gradually improved exempt for one particular area. It's quite "sore", no redness or swelling. In fact, it seems to be indented in that spot.

In any event, I am going to contact my doc but hoped to see if anyone has had similar experience?

I know we all fear metastasis, but I really feel this is unusual. Almost seems like a necrosis of sorts?
