Scar Tissue on CT

I couldn't figure out where to post this so here goes.

I had a CT scan of my chest and abdomen a day after my mastectomy and it came back clear. Had TAC chemo and then 25 rounds of radiation, which wrapped up early January. Zoladex + Aromasin started at the end of chemotherapy, in November. I had follow-up scans at six months (from last scan) and all clean except for a "mass" at my right axilla (mastectomy side) that was described as likely scar tissue. My MO agrees since the last scans showed nothing. He said my BS will check it over with ultrasound at my annual mammogram, coming up in June. I wasn't worried about it when I found out, but I'm making myself a bit crazy now thinking that it's something that has grown from nothing in the last six months, while in treatment. Is scar tissue from mastectomy and ALND common and can show up in scans? I had radiation to my chest wall and supraclavicular nodes, but am peeling pretty badly from under my arm so not sure if radiation reaches that as well?

Just trying to figure out if I need to push for more testing now. I think my MO is pretty aggressive and thorough, but...ah! I don't know. I'm just scared, I guess.
