Anyone in the "Grey zone" for radiation?

If the docs think I should just to be safe (i'm 31y.o.), I'm scared to decline treatment. But at the same time, this will "ruin" my reconstruction plan because I cannot have the flap reconstruction until 1-1.5 year later (I just want to move on in life!) . I'm not sure I want the implants considering the multiple exchange surgeries every 10 years and risk of infection.

Anyone have similiar experience? What were your decisions? Did you have to change your reconstruction plans too because of radiation??
