Odd lump on my foot

Chances are slim that this is cancer, but please take a look anyway. I've googled and have come up with maybe a ganglion cyst, but alot of the pics I see seem to be smaller than this. So, of course I see something about soft tissue sarcoma and away the mind goes!! Anyone out there have a cyst that looks similar to this?

Not sure what it would be, but it's definitely something to address. Hopefully just some benign inconvenience, but lumps are always so scary!

I have know idea either. But understand your concern. Do you happen to have rheumatoid arthritis? Because similar lumps accompany that...however, not usually that large...hoping it is nothing and you're able to see a dr. soone than later.

Thanks ya'll....I know the pic is strange and maybe even inappropriate for this forum. I just didn't know what else to do for now.

I do not have RA that I know of. Bad thing is that I did see an Ortho this week about my knees and I tried to tell him about this lump and he didn't even ask to see it. I know I need to got GP and have it checked. Who has time for all these damn appointments! I'm going Monday for U/S follow up on my chest and a bone density scan, I wonder if I brought this up someone could have a look at it?

yeah, my first thought was ganglion cyst too. It's not really likely that this is metastasis or recurrence. Much more likely that this is some benign condition.

They used to call ganglion cyst "Bible cyst", because people would whack 'em with a big family Bible. It would break the cyst and then it would go away. Thankfully, we have better medicine than that today!

Hi, I know this is a bit old....but I have a weird foot lump too. lol Mine is a tad smaller and on the bottom of my foot. Did you end up getting yours checked out?????

Would love to know yours was not an issue.... I'm a little worried...had an MRI and now getting a biopsy on my flipping foot!!!! Sigh....

I have developed the same lump on my foot and have been taking letrozole for about 6 months. ive had xray and ultrasound but no one is concerned but me as it aches at times and there must be an explanation for it

Please keep us posted. I too had TE removed due to infection Dbl mastec. 1 implant 1 side nothing. Taxotere and Cytoxin. Tried Tamoxofin and Arimidex couldn’t tolerate either. On letrozale for approx 2 years. Recently developed similar cyst like thing in foot. No time for more Dr’s already have 4 appts this month
