Neoadjuvant CT in HER- patients?

Got this in my inbox today:Neo Adjuvant Docetaxel + Cyclophosphamide Shows Low pCR Rate in HER2-Negative Patients

The gist of the article was that for Luminal A & B tumors, the pathological complete response rate for neo-adjuvant Cytoxan/Taxotere was dramatically lower than it was for triple-negative patients. In fact, the percentage of Luminal A patients in which neo. CT achieved pCR was…zero. The article didn’t address comparative efficacy of adjuvant CT therapy among these three groups.
