Hi, I was recently diagnosed with breast cancer, I have 2 lumps 1 small one large. The results from my biopsy say they are IDC, But today when I met with the oncologist she said something about "locally advanced" and something I saw related it to IBC, so I'm pretty scared about that. Also when she was checking me she said she felt a lymph and something near my collar bone which has me terrified that it has spread. One is ER positive (2+ in 40%) and one is ER (variable 1-3+ in 70%) and PgR (1-2+ in 35%) positive. (I put that there because I have no idea what any of this means.)

What scares me the most is that since I'm only 29 I wasn't worried about breast cancer so I put off going to the doc for 8 months and now the biggest lump is 7cm by 8cm. So now I have to do chemo then mastectomy (possibly bilateral), then radiation and more chemo.

Is there anyone who has had a large lump like that, or several that have spread? Or something good that I can hold onto because it's getting hard to keep positive when I keep getting all this terrible news :

my thoughts are with you sweetchild, please take one step at a time. Try not to think ahead and once there is a treatment plan in place it will make a huge difference.
