Massage - unbearable itch

I finished rads on Nov 2nd and have been trying to address the hard lump, fibrosis, where he radiation was targeted towards. I have been doing deep tissue massage, thinking that would be okay. Well, it seams like I have stirred up some trouble, in the form of itching, intense itching, where I used to have the radiation rash. All I can say is, don't do this on your own. Ask your radiologist before attempting to do this. I have released the itch factor and have to apply the radiation creams and steroids all over again. I do think my breast feels less hard, but instead now I have the itch.
