oncoplastic surgery for small breasts??

Hi all,
am newly diagnosed, no stage yet but i have been reading not just on mastectomy but lumpectomy as well.i have a question, i have small breasts,36 A. i wonder if oncoplastic surgery is possible with small breasts? forgive my ignorance but this is all new to me.thanks!
