What does "mild chemo" mean?

I have a 1.6cm tumour, 1/3 positive nodes and an Oncotype score of 13. I was fairly certain that no chemo would be recommended but my doctor consulted with the tumour board and it was ultimately recommended given my age. He mentioned that it would likely be a mild form of chemo where the side effects are greatly reduced (no hair loss, nausea, etc) and that I'll know more when I speak to the doctor who specializes in chemo.

Can anyone help me understand what options exists for mild chemo, and what the impact to side effects are?
