Ball of something next to breast w tissue expanders

Hi. I'm new. I had a masectomy on my right breast w tissue expanders put in. I've been filled once. There was some dead skin that ps had to take off and he gave me stitches. Here's my question...there's a ball right next to my breast thats as big as breast. It looks like I have two boobs there. I'm freaking out. Does anyone know what it is? I've been nervous with this ps for a couple reasons. I'm big and weigh 200 lbs but I'm clueless as to what it is. Any help would be appreciated

Sounds like it might be a seroma. I had one near the spot they went in for my ooph. It takes awhile to dissolve. Can't hurt to call your PS though. I hope you get some answers soon.

thank you; I just looked it up and it sounds plausible. It's really big though but I'm seeing ps Tuesday.

a seroma can definitely feel like that; mine resolved after a few months. It's hard not to worry all the time

I woke up thinking my breast had grown back It was a bit uncomfortable so I had the breast care nurse aspirate it. It was a painless procedure as she went in through the MX scar line. I had the procedure twice more and then it settled down.
