Major rippling already

I had my expander to implant exchange 2.5 weeks ago. It looked really nice at first. She did a lot of pocket work and they are now and there isn't such a huge gap between them like there was with the expanders. However, now that the swelling is going down, I am noticing deep rippling on the outer sides of both implants just standing in a regular position. If I bend over, I basically have rippling all around the implants. I have Inspira SRF 560 implants. Has anyone experienced this? If so, what was done to remedy it? I have my next follow up coming up Weds and I just want to share with her what others might have done once she explains to me what she thinks is going on and how we are going to fix it. Ugh. I really didn't want more surgery but somehow I think that is what this means. Thanks in advance for any info!
