Radiation treatment number 13 and nipple pain

I just finished my 13th whole breast radiation treatment and my nipple is so sore! I can't stand for anything to touch it. It also looks thicker and of course darker. I'm using triamcincolone cream because I'm starting to get red and irrated. Any advice for relief? Also I .have a seroma under my incision from the lumpectomy that almost feels like my tumor and it hurts. Any remedies? I still have 20 to go...

I know the feeling, I'm also using Auquaphor. I think I'm on treatment 15 or 16 of 38, I don't keep count.
