Plastic Surgeons in the Atlanta area

I've decided to seek out another surgeon for a second opinion on my breast reconstruction. I have been going through the reconstruction process since September of 2015. I had a skin sparing mastectomy in October of 2014 with no reconstruction and then radiation to my left side ending in December of 2014. I currently have silicone implants and have done 2 rounds of fat grafting, and my left breast is still deformed and tough. I'm to the point where I just want to hear what another ps might have to say, but I don't know where to go! I guess I'm looking for someone who has extensive experience with reconstruction after radiation, including any flap procedures. Thank you in advance!
