Help me find a California doctor

I live in the central valley of CA and am having difficulties getting an accurate diagnosis. I have a large breast mass, elevated CA15, inconclusive biopsy results. I am a survivor for 11 years now. There seems to be a "shortage" of oncologists here since they won't see me without a confirmed diagnosis. My first surgeon said "we need tissue confirmation". My second surgeon says "unilateral mastectomy now". I appreciate any advice
