Pedicle Flap

My first PS consult does Pedicle Flap or Saline implants. He has a great reputation but I am concerned about long term abdominal problems that could occur. I'll be contacting him with additional questions but wanted to check herefor your experiences. It is so confusing and I feel pressured to make a decision.
