Bloody discharge but no growth? Awaiting biopsy

Hello everyone.

I have had a bloody discharge for a month. Mammogram showed one unrelated complex cyst. Yesterday I had a surgical duct biopsy. She said she could not find a growth, but "there are many cysts with green discharge in them." I said "what does that mean?" Surgeon said "it means we wait until you are older." I'm 39. To me, this sounded like, "We wait until you have cancer." She took a tissue biopsy and I will hear in 1-2 weeks. Keep in mind, the surgeon is foreign, so at times her explanation of things is worded in a strange way.

Just wanted to hear your thoughts and see if anyone else has heard of breast discharge that is spontaneous and bloody with no growth found? Thank you and God bless.
