Hair loss after radiation - any experiences?

I completed my radiation treatment nearly 2 weeks ago. It was focused on my left breast. Yesterday - while getting my hair cut, my hairdresser of 10+ years found a bald spot the size of a nickel on the back of my head. He thinks it's stress-related alopecia.
Has anyone had something similar? How did you treat it? I'm off to the dermatologist today!
I did not and currently have no plans for chemo!
