Anyone doing TEs, then rads, then DIEP?

I just had BMX with TE placement to hold place for my own tissue, not implants, after rads. Has anyone had experience with this. How long did you wait between rads and DIEP

    This is the first time I have heard of TEs for DIEP. I think it would be a couple months after rads you would want to heal from the radiation. I am interested about the TEs would they be used to stretch the skin. I had skin from abdomen used for my DIEP only had enough material for one I had umx.

    The TEs are used more for holding the space open when doing DIEP in 2 stages. When doing radiation, you cannot radiate the new reconstruction.
