Head Zits??

Finished chemo in August and doing Herceptin treatments till April. My hair started growing back right after my 4th chemo in wisps. Hit a growth spurt the week of my bilateral mastectomy (9/21). Last month noticed bumps breaking out on my head and it started itching like crazy. Been using dandruff shampoo (Head and Shoulders) since the beginning and my head gets real oily, real fast. Are these bumps more hair growth or something else. I have them on my forehead as well.
