Tamoxifen side effects

I have been on Tam for 10 days. Age 69, they refused to allow me to take AI because I refused Prolia injections as I know that all bone meds are bad for bones. So, on Tam so far no real effects except lower belly/abs. A lot of pressure and dull ache. Plus constipation which I cure by using Smooth Move tea but then it throws me into the opposite problem. Maybe a wave of almost nausea on occasion. What is anybody finding over short or long term on this drug who are already thrumenopause?
