Has anyone experienced ribs pain during weekly Taxol?

I had #4 Taxol last Friday, this morning I got up with some pain at my left rib cage right underneath my cancer breast. I also have mild hip and knee pain for about 2 weeks. Is it a Taxol side effect or possibly bone mets? I just had a clear PET scan a month ago. Thank you!
