Reconstruction Surgery January 20th

Hi,

I had breast cancer in February.
Completed my chemo and had two unsuccessful lumpectomies resulting in a mastectomy. I really can't stand to look at it and it is very uncomfortable and getting more and more uncomfortable. I had the traditional expanders put in and am getting an implant on my left side and my right side reduced. I thought everything would be done in one surgery. My surgeon told me the other day that he would need to see me at least 2 more times for fat grafting. What should I expect the results to be after the first surgery? I realize I am not getting lipo to my stomach but will they leave it a wreck during fat grafting? I do not have a nipple and will need to wait for it, but what will my breast resemble?
