Pelvic pain- scared!

I was dx 15 months ago and for the last 2.5 weeks had a dull ache, sometimes feels like internal scratching on and off on the right side of my pelvis towards the top of my leg. I saw doc last week and had ultrasound which showed nothing other than reactive nodes. Radiologist wasn't concerned but said it could be an infection or beginning of appendicitis?. Checked bloods and showed low white blood count 1.3. Pain subsided during that week, but last night came back with a vengeance. Whole area feels inflamed. Worrried it's bone mets in hip area..what are the symptoms? Booked another doc appointment today..
