wonderful article about the value of online community support

I was really moved by this article about a man whose family discovered, after his death, how treasured his contributions were in an online illness-related forum. It's worth a read as a reminder of the value of communities like bc.org.

Wow! What an incredible testament to the power Communities just like ours have to not only help support and heal each other, but our loved ones as well. We love this Community and we are so thankful for you each. Knowing your words live on to inspire, support, and help so many others well beyond our years is so rewarding and makes us so extremely grateful for the time and sincere heart each of you put into your messages to each other. This is the true meaning of a Community, and we are so happy to be the platform for which this love and support may be shared.

    ((((Big, big hugs))) to all!

An online community is a great way for you to establish brand differentiation from your competitors. Focusing on the perceived value for your customers will help you stand out from the crowd. Take the time to figure out how you are different than your competitors and use that to create value for the customer.

    Thanks & Regards
