is aloe vera juice safe

hi, not sure I am in the right topic but I have been taking aloe vera juice for about a month as I suffer with ibs which is worse since I started arimidex 3 years ago. started to get looser stools so googled side effects of aloe vera juice and have scared myself as it contains estrogen. I have struggled since 2013 to keep estrogen out of my body. It does not say so on the bottle and it apparently is acertain type of estrogen. i suffer awful anxiety anyway about it returning and this has not helped.

Does any know anything about this and has anyone else taken this. The info on net is also contradictory
