Atypical Lobular Hyperplasia

Has anyone out there been diagnosed with Atypical Lobular Hyperplasia after treatment for breast cancer? I was diagnosed one year ago with Triple Negative IIb cancer in my left breast. I had chemo, surgery (lumpectomy), radiation, and was deemed a "complete response". Now, just two months post treatment, I'm presented with ALH and benign micro-calcification findings after just having had a needle biopsy. My breast oncology surgeon says the next step now is a surgical biopsy. Please respond to this post if you have a similar story. Thanks! :)
